Our Touchpoint programme combines employee discounts for retail purchases, with other voluntary benefits, including healthcare, insurances, employee purchase and salary sacrifice schemes.

We offer up to 25 days’ holiday a year.

Discounts are available with most major high street retailers, both on-line and in-store. Re-loadable store cards can be bought at great discounted rates and cash back is available through many retailers on-line. Your daily living costs can be reduced by up to £1,000 per annum – a great way to support you and your families in purchasing your every-day goods.

Childcare Vouchers

If you have children under the age of 16 you can save over £1,500 per annum on your childcare costs with any registered or approved provider under our salary sacrifice scheme saving you considerable expense throughout the year.

Cycle to Work

To promote the health and wellbeing of our people, we provide another salary sacrifice scheme which enables you to purchase a bike and save almost 40% of the purchase cost to ride to work.

Recommend a Friend

Once you join us, you can benefit from our Employee Referral Scheme. By referring other people to us, such as friends or your past colleagues you could earn high street vouchers to the value of £175 per referral.

Income Protection

On joining CDS Global you are covered by our Income Protection scheme. If you are absent from work for more than 6 months due to injury or illness could top up your benefits up to 75% of your basic salary for a period of up to 3 years, subject to the terms and conditions of the policy at the time.

Life Assurance

On joining CDS Global you are automatically covered by our Life Assurance policy for 4 x your basic salary.
